Responsibilities: * Greeting and providing personalized service to customers. * Advising customers on selecting frames, ophthalmic lenses, and appropriate visual solutions. * Presenting and selling store products. * Managing and tracking orders. * Adjusting, maintaining, and performing minor repairs on frames. * Organizing and restocking display items. * Managing appointments and providing administrative support. * Post-sale follow-up and customer retention. * Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service. * Maintaining store organization and upkeep. Educational Requirements: * Basic education (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Mandatory) * Sales management: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * Portuguese and English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
