Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move freely within their area and do what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, or performing other similar housekeeping responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces help create an exceptional guest experience.
