We seek an experienced candidate with strategic vision, strong results orientation, planning capability, and ability to coordinate projects and teams. This professional is tasked with ensuring high standards of service quality, safety, and comfort for guests, clients, and staff. FUNCTIONS: * Plan maintenance activities across the three hotel properties; * Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring technical guidance is provided to Coordinators at their respective locations; * Collaborate in preparing the annual budget and manage resources (financial, human, and material), including subcontracting; * Monitor maintenance management KPIs; * Ensure operational efficiency and service quality; * Prepare technical opinions within their field of expertise; * Support investments in the Maintenance area. Required Profile REQUIRED PROFILE: * Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience; * Digital competencies and experience using maintenance management systems; * Proficiency in English; * Strategic vision and results-oriented approach; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Leadership aptitude for people and teams; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Availability for travel within the national territory.
