Position: Waiter/Waitress A prestigious hotel in Viana do Castelo is currently recruiting a **Waiter/Waitress** to join its F\&B team, ensuring excellent service to its guests. We are looking for a dynamic, communicative professional with strong customer orientation who values hospitality and service detail. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and organize table service prior to restaurant opening. * Greet, accompany, and serve customers professionally and courteously. * Record orders and ensure correct transmission to the kitchen/bar. * Serve meals and beverages in accordance with the hotel's standards. * Ensure table and dining room tidiness and cleanliness. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, high-quality service. * Assist with service closing procedures and dining room restocking. Required Profile * Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress (preferably in hospitality). * Good personal presentation and excellent communication skills. * Strong customer and service quality orientation. * English language proficiency (knowledge of other languages is an advantage). * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications * Training in Food Service, Hospitality, or related fields. * Experience in renowned hotels or restaurants. * Knowledge of wines and dining room service. * Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for public interaction.
