Aligned with our growth strategy, we are currently recruiting a Production Line Supervisor to join the Production Department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise production line activities, ensuring compliance with daily plans and defined quality and safety standards; * Promote team organization, discipline, and operational efficiency, guaranteeing achievement of productivity targets; * Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of new employees; * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Foster a positive work culture based on cooperation and mutual respect. **Profile:** * Minimum compulsory education; * Availability to work fixed shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.); * Prior team management experience is preferred; * Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (mandatory); * Proven industrial experience, preferably in the food sector; * Solid knowledge of production processes and principles of food quality and safety; * Ability to coordinate teams, promoting motivation, cooperation, and goal attainment; * Sense of responsibility and rigor in task execution; * Strong communication and conflict management skills; * Proactivity, resilience, and adaptability to new contexts; * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
