Job Summary: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experiences, create intuitive and engaging interfaces, and transform digital experiences. Key Highlights: 1. You will **lead** the evolution of our product experiences, create intuitive and engaging interfaces, redesign complex flows, and contribute to a growing Design System. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with the platform. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Gather requirements with the Product Manager and other teams. * Create personas, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. * Execute the ideation, exploration, and prototyping process. * Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and templates. * Ensure visual and functional consistency across the entire platform, accessibility, and quality throughout the experience. * Collaborate on evolving the Design System guidelines and documentation. * Improve processes and workflows in Figma. * Ensure compliance with accessibility standards. * Deliver UI specifications and support engineers during implementation. **Who we’re looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field; * 3+ years of experience across the full UI/UX lifecycle (from discovery to delivery), gained in a corporate environment and as part of a product or design team (mandatory requirement); * Proven experience designing B2B SaaS software products (mandatory requirement); * Solid experience with UI design tools and strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory requirement); * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus); * Immediate availability; * Residence in the city of Braga. **What we offer** * A young, dynamic, and winning team. * Competitive salary aligned with experience. * Personal and professional development because every person matters. **Your first 30 days** During your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in lluni’s culture, product, and team.
