#### **About the Methods Manager Role**
The HITO Solutions is currently recruiting a **Methods Manager** to lead the Industrial Methods area, ensuring the definition, optimization, and standardization of production processes.
This professional will play a key role in the industrialization of new projects, leading the Methods team and promoting a culture of operational excellence, contributing to increased efficiency, quality, safety, and organizational competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**

### **Team Leadership and Management**
* Coordinate, guide, and develop the Methods Technicians team.
* Ensure balanced task distribution and achievement of defined objectives.
* Evaluate team performance and identify training and development needs.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, technical rigor, safety, and continuous improvement.
### **Industrialization of New Projects**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the industrialization of new projects.
* Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and scheduled deadlines.
* Validate cycle times, operation sheets, and line balancing.
* Approve technical documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
### **Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization**
* Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and ergonomics.
* Analyze root causes of inefficiency and implement sustainable corrective actions.
* Coordinate layout and production flow improvement projects.
### **Technical and Operational Coordination**
* Ensure implementation of group standards and best practices.
* Provide technical support to production in problem resolution and process improvement.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Facilitate communication and alignment among Production, Engineering, Quality, and other company departments.
* Represent the Methods area in strategic meetings and improvement groups.

### **Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related field.
### **Experience and Knowledge**
* Relevant experience in an industrial environment and managing technical teams.
* Solid knowledge of production processes and industrialization.
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis).
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and industrial drawings.
* Knowledge of industrial planning and management tools.
