Main Responsibilities: Diagnosis and repair of laptops and desktop computers; Installation and configuration of Windows, software, and drivers; Replacement and upgrading of components (SSD, RAM, displays, batteries, etc.); Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues; Technical support and customer service; Configuration of networks, printers, and other IT equipment; Support in smartphone repair and diagnosis. Required Profile: Education or solid knowledge in the field of IT; Experience in technical assistance and equipment repair is preferred; Ability to diagnose and resolve problems; Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; Strong communication and customer service skills; Willingness to learn and grow professionally; Valid driver's license is preferred.
