Functional leadership in management control and planning across the Group. **Description:** ---------------- Financial Controller – Management Control and Strategic Planning **Role Mission** Ensure financial planning, management control, and strategic oversight of the IBG Group, supporting Management and the General Directorate in decision-making through rigorous economic\-financial analysis, monitoring of strategic execution, and promotion of sound governance and control practices. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Planning and Financial Governance** * Support Management in defining, tracking, and monitoring the IBG Group’s strategic plan. * Develop and consolidate financial planning and management control models at Group level. * Structure and oversee the budgeting and multi-year planning process, even in contexts of high complexity or where budgets are still under definition. * Prepare strategic analyses, financial scenarios, and medium- to long-term projections. **Management Control and Group Performance** * Monitor the economic\-financial performance of various business units and Group companies. * Analyze variances against defined strategic and financial objectives. * Define, track, and propose key performance indicators (KPIs) — both financial and operational. * Produce regular executive reporting for Management and the General Directorate, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability of information. **Leadership, Coordination, and Influence** * Exercise functional leadership over management control and planning processes across the Group. * Coordinate internal teams or financial counterparts across various Group companies. * Act as a strategic partner to Management, demonstrating influence and advisory capability. * Promote a culture of rigor, accountability, and results orientation. **Internal Control, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement** * Ensure compliance with internal policies on control, reporting, and financial governance. * Support internal and external audits and internal control processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement in planning, control, and reporting processes. * Contribute to the organizational and financial maturity of the IBG Group. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum of 4\-5 years’ experience in management control, financial planning, or executive reporting roles. * Experience within a corporate group, shared services environment, or corporate structures (strongly preferred). * Direct work experience with Management and decision-making bodies. **Technical Skills** * Group-level management control and financial planning. * Budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs. * Preparation of executive reporting and management dashboards. * Financial modeling and scenario analysis. * Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, ERP, BI). * Knowledge of financial governance, internal control, and compliance. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Strategic thinking and holistic business perspective. * Mature leadership, influence, and credibility with senior stakeholders. * Clear, structured, and decision-oriented communication. * High degree of rigor, professional ethics, and confidentiality. * Autonomy, resilience, and ability to operate effectively in complex environments. * Results orientation and commitment to creating sustainable value.
