In this team, Heavy Machinery Operators are key players: they ensure raw materials arrive at the right place, at the right time, enabling everything to run efficiently. We are looking for someone who values responsibility, pace, and safety—and who truly enjoys working with machinery. Here, you will: Operate clamp trucks and front-end loaders for product handling; Unload raw material trucks, directly contributing to the start-up of each production run; Supply production lines, ensuring no stoppages due to material shortages; Maintain machinery in good condition and comply with safety protocols We value in you: Previous experience operating heavy machinery (clamps, front-end loaders, or similar) to perform your duties autonomously; Completed 12th grade to meet the company’s internal requirements; Availability to work rotating shifts in continuous operation; Strong sense of responsibility and focus on safety What we offer: Direct employment contract with the company; Rotating schedules (every two days) with rotating days off; Base salary + Meal allowance + Shift allowance; Extra-salary benefits; Opportunity for growth and internal progression If you identify with this role and wish to build a career in a growing industry, apply now!
