Generally, duties specifically assigned to this position include activities related to public service provision and activity monitoring; inspection of private construction works; enforcement of municipal regulations and preparation of infringement reports, along with associated measures. Specifically, duties assigned to this position include monitoring ongoing private construction works within the municipality; ensuring compliance with municipal bylaws and regulations (pertaining to public road occupation, advertising, traffic, private construction works, opening and operation of commercial or industrial establishments, natural environment preservation, deposition, removal, transportation, treatment, and final disposal of urban solid waste, heritage preservation); detecting infringements and issuing respective infringement reports; supporting the suspension of illegal construction works; forwarding initiated infringement reports to the legal and litigation department (within the scope of responsibilities of the General Administration Division).
