What are we looking for? * At least 3 years of experience developing backend solutions; * Solid experience with .NET and at least one other high-level language (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.); * Experience in automation through shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.); * Interest in troubleshooting distributed systems and curiosity about internal system operations; * Experience developing asynchronous/concurrent solutions; * Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps principles; * Familiarity with Observability solutions (e.g.: ELK, Influx, Prometheus, Jaeger, etc.); * Experience creating automated tests (e.g.: TDD/BDD); * Experience designing, building, and operating modern distributed architectures; * Solid knowledge in infrastructure automation and provisioning processes; * Solid understanding of communication protocols in distributed systems; * Experience in API design and definition; * Knowledge of non-relational paradigms, such as document databases (e.g.: Elastic) or time-series databases (e.g.: InfluxDB); * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g.: SQL Server).
