Operating information and telecommunications systems deployed in emergency command centers, emergency vehicles, and other structures set up for crisis response and event prevention; recording data and activities performed in accordance with current regulations, as well as transmitting information to CDOS and/or INEM—or to any other designated entity; handling emergency calls at the Fire Department Central Station, including call triage and telephone advisory services, and activating, monitoring, and managing emergency and rescue resources in accordance with established protocols and under shift supervisor oversight; cooperating and collaborating in all activities—of any nature—promoted by the Lousã Municipal Fire Department, under the Commandant’s supervision, as well as disseminating information deemed relevant for safeguarding people and property.
