We are recruiting a **Logistics Technical Assistant** for the **Coimbra** area. **Job Description:** The professional will perform duties as a Logistics Operator, while also assuming administrative support responsibilities for the Logistics Department. The main objective will be to ensure the correct flow of goods, documentation, and associated administrative processes, guaranteeing efficiency, organization, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods; * Stock organization and control; * Data entry and system updates; * Issuance and processing of logistics documentation; * Administrative support to the Logistics Department; * Coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams; * Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; * Maintaining workplace organization. **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade (mandatory); * Experience in Logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Experience using logistics software (preferred); * Organizational and priority management skills; * Responsibility, dynamism, and teamwork spirit; * Driver's license **We Offer:** * Integration into a specialized technical team; * Right to birthday leave; * Compensation commensurate with experience and job responsibilities; * Professional stability and participation in sector-leading reference projects.
