Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular/NestJS) to provide technical leadership for development teams and design scalable solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Design of scalable solutions and architecture We are recruiting a **Senior Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular/NestJS) (m/f)** to strengthen our team in Aveiro, with the possibility of hybrid work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Full Stack development; * Experience in technical leadership of development teams; * Experience with Angular (latest versions), including PWA development, Service Workers, and deployment of web and mobile applications; * Experience with NestJS and/or Node.js, applying BFF (Backend for Frontend) and/or Microservices architectures; * Experience managing monorepos, reviewing and validating Pull Requests, and adhering to collaborative development best practices; * Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL; * Experience implementing unit tests and End\-to\-End (E2E) tests; * Experience integrating with APIs and event-driven architectures, notably MQTT; * Ability to design scalable solutions and support architectural technical decisions; * Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular career development plan; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and employee referral bonus.
