Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to manage teams and workload in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on surface treatment. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and management of surface treatment teams 2. Organization and management of factory workload 3. Monitoring of production goals and indicators CSWIND PT aims to strengthen its team by integrating a new member with the profile described below. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise operations on the factory floor \- Surface treatment area (pickling, metallization, and painting); \- Manage team relationships; \- Organize and manage workload; \- Record, monitor, and execute goals and indicators. **Profile:** \- Experience as a Supervisor and/or Team Leader in industry; (mandatory) \- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metallurgy; \- Knowledge of surface treatment (pickling, metallization, painting) \- (preferred); \- Strong communication and conflict/team management skills; \- Ability to work under pressure; \- Availability to work the fixed night shift from Monday to Friday (00:00–08:00) **Offer:** \- Base salary according to experience \+ 25% Night Shift Allowance \+ Monthly bonuses \- Integration into the world’s largest wind tower manufacturing group and into a major ongoing project in Portugal; \- Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience and expertise; \- Work location: Gafanha da Nazaré Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Free parking * Company mobile phone Work location: On-site
