Impeccable vehicle maintenance and proactivity. **Description:** ---------------- **Function Mission** Ensure safe, discreet, efficient, and punctual transportation of the IBG Group Executive, maintaining high standards of quality, comfort, safety, and the company’s institutional image. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide daily transportation for the Executive to authorized professional and personal appointments. * Ensure full confidentiality regarding information, locations, and contacts associated with the role. * Pre-plan routes, considering factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and scheduled timings. * Guarantee absolute punctuality for all trips and appointments, with advance planning that eliminates delay risks. * Maintain availability and scheduling flexibility according to the Executive’s agenda. * Ensure the vehicle is always in perfect condition regarding cleanliness, appearance, comfort, and fuel level. * Monitor deadlines for preventive maintenance, inspections, and vehicle documentation. * Assist, when requested, with minor logistical tasks related to trips. * Immediately report any incident, unexpected event, or operational need to the direct supervisor. * Strong organizational and planning skills, including advance route preparation, real-time traffic monitoring, and efficient time management. * High sense of responsibility and absolute discretion. * Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively. * Professional demeanor and service excellence orientation. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Minimum mandatory educational qualification. * Valid Category B (or higher, as applicable) driver’s license. * Proven experience in similar roles (preferably private or executive driver). * Clean driving record without serious violations. * Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred). * Good knowledge of the national road network. * Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
