The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy and initiative, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to interact with different levels and functions within the organization. Administrative Management * Ensure compliance with administrative and legal procedures related to Human Resources Development. Quality Management * Contribute to the updating, management, and modernization of the Quality Management System as it pertains to Human Resources processes. Reporting * Ensure the production of statistical information and management data to support, justify, and promote company management decisions. Internal Customer Relationship Management * Ensure support to the internal customer by resolving organizational and personnel issues, maintaining organizational flexibility and enhancing the Company’s operations, optimizing its resources and improving well-being across all factories. **Qualifications** **Qualifications and Experience** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, or 3 to 5 years of relevant professional and technical experience; * Proficiency in English; * Strong skills in Office tools and ERP systems; * Pedagogical Competence Certificate. **Additional Information** **Additional Requirements** * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; * Proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, results orientation; * Availability to travel within the northern region of the country. **What we offer** * Direct hiring; * Excellent working environment; * Opportunity to work in a market-leading company.
