Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for pre-sales consulting, design of electronic security solutions, and support for business development. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in drafting commercial and technical proposals. **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Electrical Engineer**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in **Porto (Matosinhos)**. **Your responsibilities, within the engineering services sector**: * Provide pre-sales consulting and technical advice, acting as a subject-matter expert during client presentations to support business development. * Design solutions for electronic security systems. * Respond to national and international RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. * Help identify potential clients and collaborate on prospecting in the company’s target markets. * Produce technical schematics and create BOMs for proposals. * Collaborate in drafting commercial and technical proposals. * Work with technical teams to ensure contracted project specifications are delivered on time and as agreed. * Implement proof-of-concept demonstrations. * Conduct client demonstrations. * *Handover* of won projects to implementation teams. * Develop relationships with potential clients while maintaining existing client relationships. * Identify client needs to formulate winning contract strategies and proposals, following our sales process. **Are you the right candidate?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Good command of English. * Valid driver’s license. * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers. * Experience designing solutions for electronic security systems (preferred). **What we offer:** * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Direct employment contract with our client. * Base salary + allowances + meal allowance (€10.20) + health insurance. * Working hours: 09:00–18:00. * Possibility of hybrid work arrangement.
