We are looking for a **Project Manager \& Software Developer** **Role Mission:** Manage and lead technology projects with an Artificial Intelligence component, ensuring seamless communication between the client and the technical team, and actively participating in solution development. **Key Responsibilities:** Gathering and analyzing client requirements Defining functional and technical requirements Planning, coordinating, and monitoring AI projects Managing deadlines, priorities, and resources Serving as the interface between the client and the development team Developing and implementing technological solutions (with focus on AI and automation) Creating integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, external platforms) Identifying opportunities for technological improvement and innovation Post-implementation support **Profile:** Experience in managing technology projects Ability to analyze processes and think strategically Experience in software development Knowledge or experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions Strong communication skills Autonomy and sense of responsibility Solution-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement Type of position: Full-time
