Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Engineer to develop off-site solutions, analyze architectural designs, model structures, and coordinate projects, with an emphasis on sustainable construction methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on off-site and sustainable solutions 2. Experience in structural design for steel and LSF structures 3. Proficiency in structural analysis and BIM software **Description:** ---------------- * Development of sustainable off\-site solutions supported by group companies; * Analysis of architectural designs and development of structural designs aiming to implement off\-site solutions; * Conversion of structural designs into LSF solutions; * Structural modeling for cost estimation (Conformetal Services); * Project coordination \- Interaction between designers and clients to ensure viable solutions; * Preparation of CNC files for structural production (knowledge in this area is valued). **Requirements:** ----------------- * Member of the **Order of Engineers** (OE) or the **Order of Technical Engineers** (OET); * Proven experience in **steel structure design** and connections; * Knowledge of **LSF – Light Steel Framing** (methodologies and sizing) is advantageous; * Interest in and knowledge of **sustainable and innovative construction methodologies (off\-site)**; * Ability to travel independently (personal transportation required); * Proficiency in **structural analysis software**: CYPE 3D, CYPE Connect, TRICALC (among others); * Knowledge of **BIM**, particularly **REVIT** and **Tekla**, is valued.
