Mantis in "crystal" color made by Retro Fighters. It was primarily designed for PS4 (featuring all DualShock 4 functions plus additional ones), but it also works via Bluetooth on PC, Android, and many other consoles using the BlueRetro Bluetooth receiver dongle.
