Privacy Policy **YOU ARE HERE** ------------- Careers * Active Applications * Spontaneous Applications **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** ----------------------------- FELIZ METALOMECHANICS January 2026 **FELIZ Metalomechanics, based in Braga, is seeking a Maintenance Manager (m/f).** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, vehicles, and company facilities; * Develop and update maintenance plans, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness; * Manage and lead the internal maintenance technicians team, promoting technical development and operational efficiency; * Monitor and report material, labor, and spare parts consumption, supporting cost management and decision-making; * Identify and implement technical and process improvements, contributing to increased equipment reliability and reduced costs; * Ensure availability and operability of all equipment and industrial infrastructure; * Guarantee record-keeping and traceability of all maintenance interventions, in compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards. **Qualifications and Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields; * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance; * Clear understanding of the maintenance department’s role, procedures, and objectives; * User-level computer skills (MS\-Office and ability to adapt to specialized maintenance software); * Coordination, planning, and operational execution skills.
