As our platforms continue to evolve, we're looking for a Back\-end Software Engineer to help us design, build and maintain the integrations that power our business. #### **What do we need from you?** We're looking for a curious and proactive Back\-end Software Engineer who enjoys solving integration challenges and building reliable software. You'll work as part of an international team responsible for developing and maintaining services that connect JobCloud's ecosystem with external platforms. If you enjoy writing clean code, designing scalable solutions and continuously learning new technologies, you'll feel right at home. #### **What you will be doing** * Develop and maintain integrations with external systems for both inbound and outbound data streams. * Monitor the health and reliability of integration services and resolve operational issues when needed. * Participate in the design and implementation of new features and services. * Collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders across international teams. * Write clean, maintainable and well\-tested code following engineering best practices. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's development processes. * Help build scalable and resilient backend services that support our growing platform. * Contribute to continuous improvements in automation, deployment and system reliability. #### **What we are looking for** * 4\+ years of experience in Back\-end Software Development. * Strong programming experience in Python and/or PHP. * Experience with AWS services and cloud\-native architectures. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews and automated testing. * Curiosity and willingness to continuously expand your technical knowledge. * Strong work ethic, self\-discipline and a collaborative mindset. * Experience working in agile, cross\-functional teams. * Familiarity with AI\-assisted software development is considered a plus. * Good communication skills in English. #### **What we offer** * Experience the best of both worlds with our flexible work arrangement (full remote or hybrid). * 25 days of annual vacation leave plus 10 days of fully paid sick leave. * Fringe benefits: meal allowance, work\-from\-home allowance, gym allowance, private health insurance plan for yourself and 2 children. * Technical training, human skills training and budget for conferences. * Opportunity to travel and collaborate in our various office locations for workshops and team\-building events. * A dynamic work environment that highly fosters a sense of fun while maintaining a productive atmosphere. * A competitive salary. #### **Our Hiring Process** * Screening \- Phone call 10 min * HR \+ Hiring Manager call (\~45 minutes) * Technical Interview (\~60 minutes) * Get to know the team (\~30 mintues) \>\> *Offer* #### **About the company** As Switzerland's leading digital hub, with almost 80% of all Swiss consumer internet traffic passing across our websites and apps, we provide our media and platforms with enabling technology solutions to drive their businesses.
