Propose solutions and conduct tests/prototypes **Description:** ---------------- At **BL Consulting**, we stand out by delivering customized recruitment solutions, focusing on identifying talent for highly responsible and specialized roles through our dedicated recruitment brand, **BL Recruitment.** BL Consulting is currently recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious client company, a **MOLD DESIGNER**, based in **GUARDA**, under a Recruitment and Selection model. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an industrial environment (mandatory); * Technical or higher education in technical drawing, mechanical engineering, or industrial production; * Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems applied to production support devices; * Experience in prototyping techniques for parts and components; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Good command of English and/or French (preferred); * Proficiency in MS Office, SolidWorks, or other similar tools; * Residence in Guarda or adjacent municipalities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze specifications and component drawings to be molded; * Design molds using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, others); * Integrate manufacturing and production operations; * Prepare detailed technical and assembly drawings for mold manufacturing; * Participate in project validation (technical reviews, project meetings); * Collaborate with continuous improvement, production, and quality teams; * Perform mold adjustments, molding tests, and optimization; * Use rapid prototyping technologies (3D printing) to validate components or concepts; * Propose solutions and conduct tests/prototypes as requested, utilizing available tools; * Develop test plans and ensure their implementation during production; * Monitor mold manufacturing and propose adjustments when necessary. **Our best offer:** * Direct contract with the client; * Base salary commensurate with role and proven experience; * Company benefits.
