We are recruiting **Sales Representatives** for the **Guarda District**, to join a solid, rapidly expanding project offering excellent conditions. **Role** * Sale and after-sales services of hearing aids in the residential sector * Schedule pre-organized by our Call Center **Required Profile** * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and argumentation ability * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel * Flexible working hours and availability to work on Saturdays * Willingness to attend initial training (2 weeks in Lisbon or Esposende) **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract * Health insurance * Base salary \+ IHT \+ Meal allowance * Attractive commissions (average above **2\.200€/month**) * Company vehicle (fleet card \+ Via Verde) * Work tools (iPad, mobile phone, and computer) * Productivity bonuses and monthly and annual incentives *(salary progression, vehicles, vouchers, trips, etc.)* **Join our sales team and be part of a project with a future.** *BelAudição, Lda. is committed to protecting your personal data.
