Job Summary: The CLAN is recruiting a Direct Action Assistant for a Social Center, focused on supporting users in daily activities and promoting their well-being and a welcoming environment. Integration into a solid institution with a social mission The CLAN is currently recruiting a Direct Action Assistant to join the team of a Social Center, contributing to users' well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to residents in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort); Accompany and support users in their daily routines; Collaborate in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment; Support the technical and nursing teams in meeting residents' needs; Promote users' physical and emotional well-being. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Training in Geriatrics or Direct Action Support (valued); Sense of responsibility, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with elderly people; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; Availability to work rotating shifts.
