If you enjoy the dynamic pace of a snack kitchen and have a knack for tortillas and creative tapas, this position is for you! Main Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of tacos (from proteins to sides and sauces). Creation of diverse tapas (classic and signature). Ensuring mise en place (ingredient preparation) for service. Stock control and hygiene/cleaning of the workstation (HACCP). Contributing ideas for new menu suggestions. Ideal Profile: Prior kitchen experience (preferably in sharing concepts or Latin/Spanish cuisine). Dexterity and speed during service. Team spirit and positive attitude under pressure.
