Job Summary: We are seeking Telecommunications Technicians for Cable Teams, responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. In line with this growth perspective, we aim to hire Telecommunications Technician(s) for Cable Teams, with the following responsibilities: * Installation of fiber optic cables in ducts, poles, and façades; * Drilling of boreholes; * Preparation of production reports; * Coordination with engineers responsible for network design, as well as with infrastructure owner technicians; * Conducting quality audits of work performed; * Promotion and implementation of good Occupational Health and Safety practices. What we seek: * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in aerial and underground cable pulling; * Good knowledge of tools used in this field; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Resilience and ability to work under tight and simultaneous deadlines; * Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to problem-solving; * Ability to work autonomously.
