Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender/Bartress for a Cocktail Lounge Club in Guarda, responsible for preparing beverages, managing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Nature-inspired and lounge atmosphere A new venue opening in Guarda with a Cocktail Lounge Club concept. Work area indoors and/or outdoor terrace bar. Nature-inspired and lounge atmosphere. Mission: Deliver an exceptional customer experience through high-quality, prompt, and hospitable beverage preparation. Responsibilities: Prepare classic and signature cocktails following technical specifications. Serve wines, beers, and spirits according to house standards. Manage bar inventory, ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar counter (mise-en-place). Greet customers, present the beverage menu, and suggest pairings with the food menu. Process payments and perform end-of-shift bar cash reconciliation. Required prior knowledge and experience.
