Your main responsibilities: Handling and responding to customer requests (inbound line); Supporting fault resolution and clarifying customer queries; Scheduling technical interventions at customers’ homes; Customer retention and follow-up, ensuring a positive experience; Promoting additional services tailored to customers’ needs. What we’re looking for in you: Strong interest in customer interaction and commercial activities; Minimum educational requirement: completion of secondary education (12th grade); Good user-level computer skills; Strong communication and persuasive skills; Energy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit; Immediate availability.
