We are seeking a Sales Representative \- a person with attitude, energy, and a results-driven mindset \- to win over the market. **Your responsibilities:** * Representing the brand on the ground, with the objective of approaching, activating, and converting adult smokers to PMI products; * Identifying opportunities at strategic points of sale, based on data and consumer profiles; * Planning your territory and maximizing the impact of visits; * Presenting the IQOS universe with passion and expertise, building strong connections with retailers and consumers. **What you must ensure:** * Compulsory completion of 12th grade (a bachelor’s degree will be valued for professional growth); * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or commercial roles; * Fluent Portuguese (fluency in English will be an advantage); * Excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with contagious energy; * Goal-oriented mindset and autonomy in managing daily activities; * Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and customer focus; * Legal eligibility to work in Portugal or European citizenship; * Valid driver’s license. **What we offer:** * 6-month fixed-term contract directly with Tabaqueira; * Base salary of €1068 \+ performance bonus up to €600; * Daily meal allowance of €12\.99; * Company car with fuel and Via Verde included; * Health insurance (extendable to family members), life insurance, and pension plan; * Continuous training; * An inclusive environment where talent is valued. **Our commitment to a collaborative and successful workplace:** At PMI, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and sense of belonging, recognizing the value and contributions of each individual.
