Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician for our Cable Team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber-optic infrastructure and quality audits. Key Highlights: 1. In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire Telecommunications Technicians for our Cable Teams, with the following responsibilities: Installation of fiber-optic cables in ducts, on poles, and on building facades; Drilling boreholes; Preparing production reports; Coordinating with engineers responsible for network design, as well as with infrastructure owner technicians; Conducting quality audits of work performed; Promoting and monitoring best practices in Occupational Health and Safety. What We Seek: Minimum of 6 months’ experience in cable laying for aerial and underground routes; Good knowledge of tools used in this field; Strong interpersonal skills; Resilience and ability to work under tight and simultaneous deadlines; Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to problem-solving; Ability to work autonomously; What We Offer: Competitive salary aligned with the role and demonstrated experience; A young and dynamic team.
