Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender/Bartenderess for a new Cocktail Lounge Club in Guarda, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through high-quality beverage preparation and hospitality. Key Highlights: 1. New Cocktail Lounge Club with a nature and lounge atmosphere. 2. Ensure an exceptional experience for customers. 3. Preparation of classic and signature cocktails. A new venue opening in Guarda featuring a Cocktail Lounge Club concept. Work area indoors and/or outdoor terrace bar. Nature and lounge atmosphere. Mission: Deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality, speed, and hospitality in beverage preparation. Responsibilities: Prepare classic and signature cocktails following technical specifications. Serve wines, beers, and spirits according to house standards. Manage bar inventory, ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar counter (mise-en-place). Welcome customers, present the beverage menu, and suggest pairings with food items. Process payments and perform end-of-shift bar cash reconciliation. Required knowledge and prior experience.
