General administration and customer support: Provide administrative assistance to the mechanical workshop team. Customer support, including email management and responding to customers. Maintenance of filing systems. Other job-related duties as assigned. Order processing: Entering customer order data. Preparing orders for the store. Review and resolve data issues.
