As part of the on-site team in Covilhã, your objective will be to contact potential clients to ensure they are protected and can save across all healthcare areas. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Proactive Outreach: Contact potential clients exclusively via telephone. Advisory Services: Understand clients’ needs and present the most suitable health plan during each call. Client Acquisition: Work towards acquiring new clients for the institution. Tool Management: Use computer software to register and manage client data. REQUIREMENTS Portuguese Language Proficiency: C2/Native level (European Portuguese). English Language: No English proficiency required for this role. Location: Availability to work on-site at the client’s office, next to the Municipal Market. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Legal: EU citizenship or full work authorization in Portugal is mandatory. WHAT WE OFFER Base Salary: €870.00 per month. Holiday and Christmas Allowances: Paid monthly in twelfths, €72.50 each. Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day (approx. €147.00/month), paid via tax-exempt meal card. Gross Monthly Total: €1,162.00. Healthcare: Public and private health insurance (including dental coverage) provided by the employer. Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday through Sunday.
