Job Summary: The Service Consultant ensures the daily operation of the reception and meets customer needs, contributing to workshop utilization and long-term relationships. Key Highlights: 1. The Service Consultant proactively works to ensure the daily operation of the service reception and that customer service needs and expectations are met—from addressing the customer’s initial inquiry through invoice finalization and follow-up. This work contributes to optimal workshop utilization and profitable, long-term customer relationships. * Proactively prepare and contact customers. * Contribute to service sales by analyzing customer needs and actively interacting with them to identify the ideal solution. * Contribute to workshop utilization and capacity planning by scheduling the work to be performed. * Attend to the customer during service to ensure satisfaction. * Establish long-term relationships with customers by returning the vehicle through clear and active communication. * Ensure careful follow-up with customers after they leave the workshop. * Secondary education qualification. * Relevant professional experience in a dealership role is recommended. * Additional training in a relevant field is an advantage.
