Imagine yourself at BiG!** We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join BiG’s Development Team, with the following profile: **Key Responsibilities:** * Technically lead the development team, ensuring quality, consistency, and sustainability of implemented solutions; * Serve as technical reference (Tech Lead), actively participating in solution design, code reviews, and architectural decisions; * Propose and guide backend enhancements using the Microsoft Stack (.NET), ensuring best practices, performance, and security; * Support the definition and evolution of the data model in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring consistency and efficiency; * Guide and support the team in implementing automated tests (unit, functional, and end-to-end); * Promote and ensure adoption of software engineering best practices, such as clean code, code reviews, version control, and continuous quality; * Collaborate closely with other technical and functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions; * Participate in planning, prioritization, and tracking of team work, ensuring predictability and goal achievement; * Support the technical and professional development of team members through mentoring and close guidance. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What we’re looking for:** * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in software development, preferably in .NET / Microsoft environments; * Prior experience in technical coordination or leading development teams; * Higher education degree in Information Technologies or equivalent field; * Solid experience in backend development and databases, particularly .NET and Microsoft SQL Server; * Experience using Git for version control, preferably within Azure DevOps; * Experience working with agile methodologies, especially Scrum; * Strong focus on development best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, architectural patterns, and security; * Ability to make well-founded technical decisions, balancing risk, timeline, and quality; * High sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization; * Strong communication skills, leadership by example, and interpersonal relationship aptitude. **What we offer:** * Integration into an experienced, collaborative, and results-oriented team; * Active participation in transformation projects; * Continuous training and genuine opportunities for professional growth; * A stimulating work environment where excellence is the standard. **At BiG, we evolve with everyone’s input.
