Team spirit, proactivity, and attention to detail To strengthen our manufacturing structure, we seek a professional with a passion for technical work, industrial assembly, and finishing. **Work Location:** Torres Vedras **Responsibilities:** * Handle, laminate, assemble, and join fiberglass and composite material components; * Cut, sand, deburr, apply bitumen, and polish fiberglass parts, ensuring required visual and dimensional standards; * Fully assemble panels, apply thermal insulation, install profiles, sealants, and adjust hardware; * Read basic technical drawings, manufacturing orders, and assembly sheets; * Visually inspect finishes to detect and correct imperfections prior to dispatch; * Prepare and perform maintenance of cutting/sanding tools, and clean the work area. **Profile:** * Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (experience with fiberglass, carpentry, metalworking, or industrial finishing is preferred); * Manual dexterity and ease of handling electric/pneumatic tools (grinders, sanders, screwdrivers); * Attention to detail, focus on finishing quality, and ability to solve practical problems; * Team spirit, proactivity, punctuality, and attendance; * Responsibility in complying with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
