Sharing circle

Dear guys, After a longer break we will have another round of sharing and connecting! No matter if you have attended meetings before or if you are joining for the first time, feel welcome to join our circle of men sharing about their sexuality, porn addiction, relationships and thelike. All you have to bring is your presence, respect and tolerance. And the wish to improve your situation around your sexuality and relationships - whatever that means to you. While many of this groups members try to achieve a certain time of abstinence from porn or masturbation (e.g. 30/60/90-days of abstinence), this does not necessarily has to be the right way for you. This groups is thought to be a place where everyone can share openly about what is currently present for them with regard to their sexuality, what problems they are facing and what strategies they try to deal with those. We want to listen to each other and support each other. To do so, we always speak from the "I"-perspective. We don´t tell others what to do or give (unsolicited) advice. Instead, we share about our own experiences and talk about how we feel and what worked for us. If that resonates with you, I would be happy to see you in one of the meetings.
