Job Summary: 12-month Operations internship – Strategy & Execution, focused on continuous improvement and procedure optimization, with involvement in projects and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Development of analytical and project management skills We are seeking an intern to join the Operations – Strategy \& Execution team, with a focus on continuous improvement and procedure optimization initiatives. This 12-month internship provides direct exposure to real operational challenges, promoting business efficiency enhancement. ROLE: Participate in continuous improvement and operational and production process optimization projects; Analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions; Collaborate with various teams (Operations, IT, Production \& Product Development, among others) to implement improvements; Support data analysis and dashboard design (Excel, Power BI); Monitor projects from problem identification through to solution implementation; Prepare documentation and reports supporting developed projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or Logistics; Excellent Excel proficiency (mandatory) and Power BI knowledge (preferred); Strong analytical ability and interest in data-oriented work; Ability to identify problems and design solutions; Proactivity and autonomy; Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; Organizational mindset and attention to detail.
