To support the growth of our partners, we are recruiting **French-Speaking Customer Advisors (M/F)**. **No prior customer service experience is required**: we provide comprehensive training from your very first day. ### **Your Daily Responsibilities** As the brand ambassador for the French-speaking audience, your main tasks will include: * **Informing and assisting** users by phone, email, or chat. * **Identifying and analyzing** requests to deliver clear, swift, and personalized solutions. * **Supporting** customers in getting acquainted with our products and services. * **Handling complaints** with tact, kindness, and rigor, in full compliance with our quality standards. * **Ensuring administrative follow-up** of all interactions by logging each case in our CRM. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Language skills:** Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (**fluent/C2 level**). *Proficiency in English is not required.* * **Legal requirements:** Must be a citizen of the European Union **OR** hold a valid Portuguese residence permit (*Título de Residência*). * **Work mode:** On-site position only, at our modern offices in Lisbon. * **Background:** Beginners welcome!
