We seek to strengthen its team with experienced professionals for the role of **HVAC Construction Supervisor**, **for a Data Center construction project near Lisbon.** The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for effectively leading both the company's own employees and subcontracted teams involved in the project. As an HVAC Construction Supervisor, responsibilities include ensuring technical quality of systems (chillers, heat pumps, ductwork), interpreting project drawings, and team leadership. Duties include coordinating teams, controlling materials, meeting deadlines/quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Team and Site Management: Coordination of in-house and subcontractor teams, daily work planning, and site organization. * Technical Skills and Drawing Interpretation: Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications; practical knowledge of HVAC, hydraulic, and applied electrical installations. * Quality and Deadlines: Ensuring execution in accordance with project specifications and achieving objectives set by the Site Management. * Safety: Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention measures. **Profile:** * Vocational or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, HVAC, or related field. * Experience in large-scale HVAC projects such as logistics centers, industrial or retail facilities, and data centers. * Technical knowledge of systems (chillers, heat pumps, ductwork), drawing interpretation, HVAC systems, and civil construction specialties. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Team leadership experience: ability to manage on-site teams and resolve technical issues. * Dynamic and committed professional with strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities. * Fluent in Portuguese. * Knowledge of English and Spanish is an advantage. **Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Competitive remuneration and benefits aligned with market best practices and commensurate with candidate experience and seniority. * Immediate integration into a growing company. * Professional development opportunities. * Continuous training. * Stability within a company committed to diversification and sustainability.
