Role: Personalisation Manager Location: World, Remote Required Skills: * Personalisation Specialist with experience executing and supporting personalisation initiatives across digital platforms * Proven experience with personalisation tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Braze, along with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude * Solid understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) and Customer Data Platforms such as Segment or Tealium * Experience configuring, launching, and monitoring personalisation programs, ensuring timely and accurate execution * Strong data\-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights * Familiarity with project management methodologies and working within structured frameworks for delivery * Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders on performance and outcomes * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and teamwork skills We offer: * Referral Bonus; * Training annual budget; * A great team\-oriented culture; * Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company; * Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.
