PROJECT \& DEVELOPMENT SERVICES INTERN \| BUILD SMART ACADEMY 2027 ABOUT THE PROGRAMME The Build Smart Academy is JLL's annual graduate programme, designed to attract and develop the next generation of professionals in the real estate, project management and construction sectors. This 12\-month paid trainee programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals and develop key technical and professional skills through real projects, structured learning and mentoring. Participants will be exposed to different stages of project delivery and will build a strong foundation for a future career within JLL. Present in Portugal for more than 20 years, JLL has a multidisciplinary team of over 440 professionals delivering market\-leading services across Real Estate Advisory, Project \& Development Services, Capital Markets, Valuation, Property Management and Work Dynamics. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in the management and delivery of real estate, fit\-out and development projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams. Throughout the programme, you will support the coordination, planning and monitoring of projects, while developing the best knowledge of project management practices, stakeholder management, budgeting, construction processes and client service. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future career in Project Management and Development Services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and monitoring of projects throughout their lifecycle. Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, milestones and key deliverables. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes, status updates and project documentation. Support communication and coordination between internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and review of project reports, presentations and project tracking tools. Contribute to the analysis of project risks, opportunities and potential issues, escalating concerns when appropriate. Support due diligence, procurement and tendering activities whenever applicable. Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and gain exposure to construction and development activities. Assist in maintaining project records, documentation and financial information in accordance with company processes. Learn and apply JLL project management methodologies, tools and best practices. Collaborate with different business lines and support initiatives that contribute to successful project delivery and client satisfaction. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Recent graduate or Master's student in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field. Strong interest in Project Management, Real Estate, Construction and Development. Good analytical and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset.
