If you’re passionate about what you do, join our team and help us spread smiles! **But what does a Store Manager do?** * Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators, motivating the team to achieve store objectives; * Supervise, evaluate, and manage the store team, keeping work schedules, days off, holidays, and absenteeism records up to date; * Plan and conduct weekly meetings with zone supervisors; * Supervise and delegate tasks to zone supervisors; * Monitor and implement campaigns, promotional activities, top displays, and island displays, in line with established guidelines; * Manage inventory and ensure product quality, acting proactively to prevent stockouts; * Handle and resolve customer complaints/suggestions; * Take responsibility for all supplier returns, as well as all losses identified in-store; * Monitor product display and restocking in-store; * Ensure high-quality in-store customer service; * Maintain warehouse space organization. **Do you have what it takes to become a true hôma Store Manager?
