Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience A Civil Construction company is looking for a Site and Warehouse Manager with proven sector experience, strong operational capability, and practical knowledge across various construction disciplines. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and execute on-site construction works; Directly support teams on-site; Manage materials, tools, and warehouse stock; Perform loading, unloading, and material organization; Ensure supply and logistical support to construction sites; Carry out and assist with various tasks across different construction specialties; Ensure the daily smooth operation of both construction sites and warehouse. Required Profile: Solid experience in Civil Construction; Cross-disciplinary knowledge across various construction areas; Operational, dynamic profile with willingness to work on-site; Organizational and problem-solving skills; Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; Valid driver's license required. Important Note: This role does not correspond to an executive coordination or purely supervisory position. We seek a hands-on, operational professional willing to actively work on-site and in the warehouse.
