We value innovation, sustainability, and the continuous development of our employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and supervise all maintenance department activities, ensuring optimal and safe operation of hotel facilities and equipment. * Lead, motivate, and support the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of established objectives. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational costs. * Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling expenses, negotiating with suppliers, and continuously seeking efficiencies. * Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations governing hotel operations. * Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance materials, ensuring timely availability for required interventions. * Monitor team and equipment performance, implementing continuous improvements and innovative solutions. * Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to effectively address any maintenance needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum of **4 years of proven experience** in leadership roles within **maintenance**, preferably in the hospitality sector or large-scale facilities. * In-depth technical knowledge across various maintenance disciplines (electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, civil construction, etc.). * Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Solid proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite. * Results-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible. * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory), English preferred. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing international hotel company. * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary and attractive benefits package.
