Opportunities for professional advancement FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting an HVAC Project Manager (M/F) for its end client in the air conditioning / HVAC sector, for the Greater Lisbon area. Responsibilities - Manage and execute HVAC and plumbing works, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements; - Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects; - Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources; - Control costs, deadlines, and quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary; - Coordinate materials, quantity surveys, and work certificates; - Liaise with site supervision, clients, and designers; - Resolve technical issues and support on-site teams; - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report production to management; - Interpret HVAC and hydraulic network designs; - Supervise installation of systems (air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, and sewage); - Verify compatibility among different disciplines. Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; - Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers; - Proficiency in Microsoft Project; - Ability to interpret HVAC and hydraulic network designs; - Valid driver's license; - Leadership, planning, and communication skills.
