To strengthen our team in **Sacavém**, we are looking for a **Planning Technician** who enjoys operations, possesses strong organizational skills, and can resolve problems quickly. This role is for someone who makes things happen. Your responsibility will be to ensure that customer-requested services are planned and executed in the best possible way—balancing daily requests, fixed services, routes, schedules, available vehicles, and operational teams. ### **What You Will Do?** On a daily basis, you will: * Organize and plan services received via email, phone, and WhatsApp; * Define routes, schedules, vehicles, and teams, aiming for efficiency and service compliance; * Prepare route sheets and supporting information for drivers; * Provide direct support to drivers and assistants during daily operational execution; * Coordinate with the maintenance department whenever vehicle breakdowns, inspections, or alternative vehicles are required; * Contact clients to receive requests, clarify doubts, and manage operational situations; * Monitor working hours, absenteeism, holidays, and overtime; * Support the management of consumables, PPE, uniforms, and other materials necessary for operations. ### **What We Are Looking For?** We seek someone with: * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles related to planning, traffic, transport, or operations; * Experience managing or supervising small operational teams; * Solid Excel skills; * Knowledge of driving and rest time regulations; * Ability to plan routes, manage priorities, and make decisions in operational contexts; * Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to handle unforeseen events; * Rigor, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
